Welcome to Alan Fong Outdoors where I share tricks and tips to land your personal best, from rigging gear to knowing where to find fish and game. From fishing monster bass, striper, crab, steelhead, salmon, crappie, trout and kokanee to air rifle hunting coyote, squirrel, duck, goose, turkey and deer, I’ll teach you how to find, catch and even cook ‘em.

Learn how tidal waters, boat positioning, and weather can make or break your trip. We’ll use Lowrance fish finders with Active Target, Google Earth, and sonar to target fish offshore. We’ll fish ponds, lakes, the Delta and the ocean and hunt everywhere, including private duck reserves and game ranches, where my secrets will help you land your biggest catch ever and limit out.

I’ve fished multi-species my whole life and in over a hundred tournaments, often placing in the top ten. Working in the tackle industry, giving seminars, and designing rods and swimbaits, I’ve thrown just about everything. I know what works and, more importantly, what doesn’t…so you don’t waste your money. Co-starring in Fun Fishing TV and having owned restaurants, I enjoy catch and cook. I just love everything about the sports of fishing and hunting and hope to share my passion with you.
